Les Miserables celebrated it’s 25th anniversary in 2010, culminating in a massive concert version of the show at the O2. It was at the O2 that Alfie Boe and Matt Lucas first appeared in the show, to critical acclaim. They will now reprise the roles in Londons West End, for a limited time.

Based on Victor Hugo's classic novel, LES MISÉRABLES, this musical is an epic and uplifting story about the survival of the human spirit. The magnificent score of LES MISÉRABLES includes the classic songs "I Dreamed a Dream", "On My Own", "Stars", "Bring Him Home", "Do You Hear the People Sing?", "One Day More", "Empty Chairs at Empty Tables", "Master Of The House" and many more.

 

Alfie Boe - Jean Valjean

Alfie Boe is in possession of one of the finest tenor voices to come out of this country for many years. He most recently appeared as Valjean in the 25th Anniversary Concert at the O2.

 

 

 

 

Matt Lucas - Monseiur Thénardier

Best known for his comedy roles in Little Britain, Come Fly With Me and Shooting Stars, Matt recently fulfilled a life long dream of appearing in Les Mis.  He played the role of Monseiur Thénardier at the 25th Anniversary Concert at the O2.  After impressing many doubting critics he is returning to reprise the role for a limited time in the West End.
